Description
Zephyranthes ‘Cherry Blossom’ has large, light pink flowers with a light yellow centre that radiates down the midrib of each narrow petal. The flowers bloom above the narrow foliage in summer and fall especially after heavy watering. In their natural habitats rain lilies are famous for blooming after heavy rains. Despite hailing from a tropical region rain lilies are proving hardy in zone 8 with protection. Also easy to grow in containers. In colder regions bring pots into a frost-free area and allow to go dormant until spring.
