Description
Zantedeschia ‘Picasso’ displays elegant bicolour purple and white trumpet-shaped flowers (spathes). Bright green, lance shaped leaves have attractive white spots. Hybrid callas break dormancy in mid to late spring once bulbs have received enough heat and quickly come into bloom from summer through fall. Likes to be moist and can be grown as a marginal aquatic. Fertilize bi-monthly until flowers fade. Beautiful in borders, containers and as cut flowers. Hardy in coastal BC with good drainage and a winter mulch or lift and store. Pollinator attractor. Deer and rabbit resistant.
