Description
Pulmonaria ‘High Contrast’ offers early season colour in the spring garden with semi-evergreen, boldly silver-mottled, elliptic, wavy green leaves and large clusters of bell-shaped, multi-coloured flowers that emerge raspberry-red aging through warm purple to beautiful blue. Plants will grow to nine inches tall and 18 inches wide. Great longevity, mildew resistance, heat and humidity tolerance, and easy to grow. Ideal for the shade garden, mixed beds, under high branching shrubs, or in the woodland garden or mass plant as a ground cover. Lungworts are an important early season nectar source for hummingbirds and bees. Deer resistant.
