Description
Osteospermum ‘4D Harvest Moon’, commonly known as African daisy, is a bushy, evergreen, tender perennial with a twist. Unlike most African daisies, this cultivar stays open day and night! Fully double, bi-coloured flowers display large buttery yellow-orange outer petals with full rosette of darker orange-bronze quilled petals at the centres. Long lasting blooms from spring to frost. Stems are upright with lance-shaped foliage to 8-12 inches tall and 12-16 inches wide. This is an annual but will bloom from late spring to fall so we think it’s worth it. Deadhead to promote more blooms. Use in sunny borders, cottage or rock gardens and containers. Deer and rabbit resistant.
