Hericium erinaceus is the lion’s mane mushroom, a culinary/gourmet and medicinal mushroom commonly used in many Asian countries. This large mushroom resembles a lion’s mane that is white and shaggy. It is used for its medicinal properties as well as in fancy dishes, especially in Asia. The Happy Caps mushroom kit includes a live mushroom mycelium block that is super easy to use.
