Miscanthus sinensis ‘Silver Cloud’ is an ornamental and compact maiden grass ideal for smaller gardens. Fabulous, narrow arching foliage has green and silver-white variegation and gives rise to fabulous silky burgundy plumes for great contrast. Plants will grow to just 30 inches tall and wide. Easy maintenance and adaptability to various soil conditions. Provides awesome texture, form and movement for the casual to contemporary garden and works well amongst other perennials. Flowers and foliage fade to straw-yellow over the winter and are beneficial for overwintering birds and insects.
