Description
Iris pseudata ‘Tsukiyono’ has soft lavender petals with bright yellow signals edged in dark violet that radiates out to the margins. Tall and elegant, this hybrid can grow in a number of soil moisture regimes from standing water and rain gardens to normal gardening conditions. Prefers full sun for best performance. Pseudatas are a cross between the yellow flat (I. pseudacorus) and the Japanese iris (I. ensata). Can reach heights of 44 inches. Attracts hummingbirds and bees. Deer and rabbit resistant.
