Description
Japanese irises offer the largest flowers of all iris groups with very interesting colour combinations and patterns. They prefer full sun and moist soil. Iris ensata Dinner Plate ‘Cupcake’ has large, 6 inch wide, bright white flowers lightly accented with purple and yellow near the centres from May to June. The foliage is green and lance-shaped. Thrives in damp borders and pond or stream edges. Deer resistant.
