New York Night bears single flowers in the deepest shades of grey-purple, jet black, and purple-black. Hellebores are the first major group of perennials to bloom each spring with the Lenten roses offering the widest range of colours and flower forms. They will bloom with early spring bulbs. No garden is complete without them. They are tolerant of shade but best in part shade to part sun. Deer resistant.
