Description
This breakthrough hellebore brings the bold red colour of the nodding H. x hybridus into the stemmed group of hybrids previously limited to white, green and pink. ‘Anna’s Red’ has deep red, outward-facing flowers held on top of leathery, boldly-mottled foliage that emerges first flushed with red then fading to pink and mint green. The Frostkiss hellebores usually begin blooming in December if grown in containers or January if planted in the ground. They offer year round interest with their attractive evergreen foliage and months of winter and spring flowers. Best in full to part sun. Deer resistant.
