Description
Fuchsia ‘Debron’s Black Cherry’ is a single pendulous flower of deep red sepals around dark purple interiors and stamens and bright green foliage. Long blooming from summer to first frost. Large, dark purple berries extend the season of interest. Growth habit is a nice, upright form 30 inches tall and wide. A number of different Fuchsia are hardy to zone 7 or 8. To increase hardiness bury the base of the shrub 3-4 inches below the surface of the soil as you would a rose. Use at the front of mixed borders, pollinator gardens and containers. Attracts hummingbirds and bees.
