Description
Fagus sylvatica ‘Roseomarginata’ is a special variegated form of the European beech with burgundy, green, glowing pink, and white foliage. It is a great specimen tree for medium sized to larger gardens but can be grown in a large container for some time. Leaves turn copper in fall. The deciduous form provides elegant sculptural interest in the winter. The deepest colour will be achieved in full sun. Tolerant of dry sites. No pruning required. For the 2025 Rare Flowering Tree Pre-Order plants will be recently potted in 1g pots and about 1-2 feet tall.
