Clematis ‘Bernadine’ is extremely free-flowering with palest blue and white flowers with hints of green in the central bands. A member of the Boulevard Series, it is perfect for pots, patios, and small spaces including as a ground cover growing to just 3-4 feet. Pruning group C.
