Description
Asimina triloba ‘Pennsylvania Golden’ is one of the earliest ripening varieties performing particularly well in cool summer regions. It produces good crops of large, sweet, tasty fruit. Paw paw is an intriguing eastern North American (including southern Ontario) understorey tree with large, beautiful, subtropical foliage, red flowers and sweet, custardy fruits with a unique flavour like banana, mango and cantaloupe! All plants will produce fruit but you need two different plants for cross pollination.
