We are excited to offer an amazing selection of roses for 2025 pick-up or shipping! To keep up to date on additions plus articles on roses, sign up for the Rose Alert.
Available for: Pick-up at the nursery in Richmond, BC and shipping across Canada.
Estimated Date for Pick-Up/Shipping: March/April 2025.
Plant Details: Roses are top grade bushes. All roses are grafted. The rootstocks are specially selected for the Canadian climate.
Local Pick-Up Customers: Pick-ups usually begin in mid to late March. Pre-orders are held for 4 weeks after which time your plants are returned to general inventory, a 25% restocking fee is deducted, and the remainder is refunded.
Mail Order Customers: Shipping will take place in March/April as weather conditions are safe for shipping and about to be warm enough to plant in your region. Roses can be planted as soon as the ground is workable in early spring. For cold climate gardeners we may have to ship slightly before conditions are right for planting if plants are flushing too quickly in our mild spring. In this case you can pot up your roses and keep them in a frost-free location until it is warm enough to plant outdoors. All roses will be shipped bare root except if you live in Metro Vancouver or other BC municipalities where courier or freight shipping is cost effective. If you have a preference, please let us know in the Order Comments section at the end of the check out process. We will try to follow your preference but cannot guarantee it as each order and shipping location presents its own unique challenges.
Mail Order Tree Roses: Our shopping cart system might not be able to properly calculate the shipping costs of an order that includes tree roses since large boxes are required as well as multiple boxes if you order more than one. So please be aware that additional charges might be necessary to cover our costs to ship tree roses. Remember: we do not make money on shipping. We just cover our costs.
Additions:Starting with the 2025 season, we will no longer be able to manually add items to existing orders. While we’ve happily accommodated additions in the past and appreciate your desire to order more plants, the manual adjustments are time-consuming and can lead to errors in calculations and paperwork updates. Additionally, these changes can complicate the order assembly and shipping process.
If you’d like to order more plants, whether for pick-up or shipping, we kindly ask that you place a new order. For shipping orders, please be sure to select the shipping option and pay the corresponding shipping fees. If you have multiple orders, feel free to add a note at checkout or send us an email with your order numbers, and we’ll make a note on your file. We may be able to consolidate multiple orders from the same pre-order or from the main catalogue for shipping and reduce your shipping costs. This depends on if your plants are all ready at the same time and if they all fit in one box. Please note that consolidating orders is not guaranteed.
For pick-up customers, please inform us when you arrive for pick-up about any multiple orders.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make these changes to improve our operations.
Cancellations: Once plants are ordered, they are reserved for you and can’t be sold to anyone else. We view your order as a commitment you have made with us in good faith. For this reason, cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy with different options before and after January 1st, 2025 for this pre-order.
