Zantedeschia ‘Pasja’
Zantedeschia 'Pasja' is a calla lily with flowers that open purple and lighten towards shades of pink.

‘Pasja’ means passion in Polish. This Zantedeschia cultivar certainly suits that name with incredible multcoloured flowers that open lavender purple and slowly change to shades of pink. The elegant flowers rise amongst the bright green, lance shaped leaves. Hybrid callas break dormancy in mid to late spring once bulbs have received enough heat and quickly come into bloom from summer through fall. Likes to be moist and can be grown as a marginal aquatic. Fertilize bi-monthly until flowers fade. Beautiful in borders, containers and as cut flowers. Hardy in coastal BC with good drainage and a winter mulch or lift and store. Pollinator attractor. Deer and rabbit resistant.
