Weigela Prism Sunset

Weigela Prism Midnight is a fabulous new take on an old fashioned shrub. Small and beautifully formed, sunset orange maturing to golden yellow foliage and orange-red stems make for a stunning compact and dwarf shrub all on its own. And then, in late spring to early summer, expect an eye-popping and contrasting display of dark rose pink tubular flowers with a secondary flush in late summer. Growth habit is a rounded, compact form of 36 inches tall with a 24 inch spread. Stunning as a mass planted ground cover, in the mixed sunny border and as the thriller in mixed containers.
