Vaccinium Bushel and Berry ‘Pink Icing’
Vaccinium Bushel and Berry 'Pink Icing' is a delicious blueberry with incredibly ornamental foliage most of the year.

One of the hottest edible plants, Bushel and Berry (formerly BrazelBerries) are dwarf fruit bushes that can be grown in containers or in the garden. Vaccinium ‘Pink Icing’ is the fourth blueberry introduction and the biggest yet, growing to 3-4 feet. Like the smaller ‘Peach Sorbet’, it is a four season show stopper with new growth emerging pink, blue and green, then developing pink-flushed white flowers that become large, tasty, sweet blueberries while the foliage deepens to iridescent turquoise blue towards fall and winter when it also develops red stems. Plants may remain semi-evergreen in mild climates. This is one unforgettable blueberry!
