Tulipa tarda is one of the most popular species tulips with cheerful yellow petals tipped with white and boasting up to 6 flowers per bulb! Often confused with the single-flowered T. dasystemon in horticulture but our bulbs each year are multi-flowered suggesting T. tarda.
