Tulipa praestans ‘Moondance’ has light to deep orange flowers with a red flush at the centre and sometimes on the petals. It is multiflowering with 3-5 flowers per bulb. Botanical tulips are miniature to small species tulips, cultivars of species, or dwarf named cultivars not far removed from their wild ancestors. They are strongly perennial in good drainage with full sun and will naturalize when happy.
