Blooming from late summer to fall are clusters of small, up to 1 inch long, orchid-like, creamy-white flowers with burgundy-purple freckles and blotches supported by ovate green leaves on arching stems. Growth habit is 30 to 36 inches tall with a 12 to 24 inch spread. Will colonize without being invasive. Virtually trouble free and low maintenance. A woodland treasure for the front of the border, along pathways or containers where the unique flowers can be viewed at close range.
