Star jasmine, Trachelospermum jasminoides, is a beautiful, evergreen climber with lush mid to deep green, shiny leaves that produces masses of sweetly fragrant, white flowers resembling a spinning star in early summer and intermittently thereafter. ‘Star of Toscane’ or ‘Star of Tuscany’ is a yellow form from Tuscany with good hardiness. May be hardy to zone 6b. Best in full sun but blooms well in part shade.
