Styrax japonica ‘Frosted Emerald’

 

This cultivar is slow growing and can grow as a shrub or small tree, with wide spreading horizontal branches. The leaves have splashes of white. The flowers are creamy white with a nice fragrance. The bark fissures on older trees reveal an attractive orange inner layer that provides winter interest.
