Streptocarpus 'Spin Art' is a Cape primrose and relative of the African violet with cool tri-coloured flowers of purple, red and yellow.
Streptocarpus is a relative of the African violet commonly known as Cape primrose, but even easier to care for. ‘Spin Art’ has captivating royal purple flowers boldly and variably marked with streaks of red contrasting with bright yellow and white centres atop lush, felted foliage. Plants are floriferous and can bloom for up to 10 months a year! Grow indoors in bright indirect light in an east or west-facing window or outdoors in the summer on a partly shaded patio. Enjoys high humidity and consistent soil moisture.
