Speirantha convallarioides

Speirantha convallarioides resembles lily-of-the-valley in foliage but with short spikes of sweetly fragrant, star-like flowers.

Speirantha convallarioides resembles lily-of-the-valley in foliage but is evergreen forming dense, somewhat tropical-looking mats over time from slowly spreading rhizomes. In mid spring the clumps are adorned with short spikes of sweetly fragrant, starry, pure white flowers. Plants may rebloom in fall. This rare shade plant is a must have and we are very pleased to finally be able to offer it.
