Solanum tuberosum ‘Red Emmalie’

Solanum tuberosum 'Red Emmalie' is a gourmet red-skinned potato with red flesh that holds its colour when cooked.

Solanum tuberosum ‘Amarosa’ is a delicious and very pretty fingerling potato. The tubers are small, oblong and slender in shape with a red hue to its smooth skin. The flesh is firm, dense and marbled with light pink and red. When cooked, it holds its colour and offers a velvety texture with a sweet and creamy flavour. Very high in antioxidants with high yield capacity. Great for boiling, steaming, roasting, grilling and baking. Loose soils are preferable for higher production in the ground or large containers. Plant in early spring while soil is still cool. Hilling up potato plants will increase yield. Matures in 80 days.
