It is not only a delicious potato but has a low glycemic index (GI) so, if you have diabetes, you can have your potato and eat it too! It also is high in antioxidants. Good disease resistance. Early to mid-season harvest of 50 to 70 days. An all purpose potato suitable for baking, boiling or frying similar to ‘Yukon Gold’. Loose soils are preferable for higher production in the ground or large containers. Plant in early spring while soil is still cool. Hilling up potato plants increases yield.
