The quality is excellent with the unusual combination of smooth red skin and yellow flesh that is dappled with red. Great boiled, roasted or in soups. The plants can grow larger than is common with magenta coloured blooms. The tubers mature into long finger-like crescent shapes and are medium to large at maturity. High resistance to scab. Loose soils are preferable for higher production in the garden or large containers. Plant in early spring while soil is still cool. Hilling up potatoes plants increases yield. 90-100 days to maturity.
