Adaptable in a variety of soils, however will produce more in nice loose sand or silt. Also can be grown in large containers. Excellent as a new potato, boiled, baked and fried. Plant in early spring while soil is still cool. Hilling up potatoes plants is best practice. Matures within 80-100 days.
