These yellow-skinned, small oval tubers offer a consistent shape, high yield and excellent tasting flesh with good resistance to the common potato virus. Ideal for boiling and salads as it holds its texture after cooking. Loose soils are preferable for higher production in the ground or large containers. Plant in early spring while soil is still cool. Hilling up potato plants will increase yield.
