‘Purple Zebra’ is a super fun cherry tomato with rich red fruit dramatically striped with green. The rich burgundy red interiors are moderately firm in texture with superb, complex flavours that are sweet with just the right amount of tangy acid. Excellent resistance to disease and cracking. Modern heirloom style. 80-85 days. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
