Solanum lycopersicum Mighty Mato Indigo ‘Cherry Drops’

Indigo tomatoes produce non-stop heavy crops of fruit with dark purple shoulders packed with healthy anthocyanins, antioxidants that protect against cancer. Indigo ‘Cherry Drops’ produces one inch wide, round, rich red cherry tomatoes with dark shoulders and intense sweet flavour. You can get 500 or more fruit per plant in ideal growing conditions! Harvest when just the shoulders are still purple, the bottoms are rich red, and fruit is soft to the touch at around 65 days. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
