Solanum lycopersicum Mighty Mato ‘Goliath’
Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes produce 2-3 times (or more!) fruit than ungrafted plants and are more cold tolerant and disease resistant.
‘Goliath’ is a delicious, relatively large, early-ripening tomato with fruits of perfect rounded or ribbed shape during a long production season. The flavour is quite sweet balanced with the perfect amount of acid. The plants also have great disease resistance. 60-70 days. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
