Solanum lycopersicum Mighty Mato ‘Brad’s Atomic Grape’

Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes produce 2-3 times (or more!) fruit than ungrafted plants and are more cold tolerant and disease resistant.

‘Brad’s Atomic Grape’ produces amazing clusters of large, multi-coloured, elongated cherry tomatoes striped with lavender, purple, green, brown, orange, yellow, red, and black! The purple tones are more prevalent on immature tomatoes aging to the other colours as they ripen. The interiors are green turning to red when extra ripe. The fruit is crack resistant with great sweetness and good longevity on the vine and off. Highly productive. 75 days. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
