Solanum lycopersicum Mighty Mato ‘Artemis’

Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes produce 2-3 times (or more!) fruit than ungrafted plants and are more cold tolerant and disease resistant.

‘Artemis’ is one of the sweetest red cherry tomatoes you’ll ever experience. It gives ‘Sweet Aperitif’ and the golden ‘Sun Sugar’ a run for their money. These super sweet, rich, red cherries are crisp and firm. They are held on long trusses of 10 or more fruit and ripen in a very short 55 days, great for cool summer climates. Indeterminate. Mighty Mato grafted tomatoes are hand grafted onto super strong tomato rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so tomatoes start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Mato grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
