Skimmia japonica ‘Limelight’ (m)

S. japonica 'Limelight' produces bright green flower buds in the fall that open to fragrant white flowers in mid-spring.

Skimmia japonica ‘Limelight’ is a new male selection of this popular evergreen. Bright green flower buds form in the fall and open to fragrant white flowers in mid-spring. Leaves are dark, evergreen, and aromatic when crushed (much like the rest of the family). One male Japanese skimmia can fertilize up to six females to produce a good fruit set.
