Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’
Another late season flower treat though it performes well in 3 seasons.A rosette of new grey-green leaves is evident in the autumn . In the spring and summer lush leaves develop until its flat mauve-pink flowers form in late summer. They send butterflies crazy! Then in the winter the flower heads turn a bronze and deep brown. Shear back by 2-3” in June to get more compact plants.lovely with grasses, blue, and grey foliages. Photo courtesy of Walters Gardens.
