Schisandra grandiflora ‘Apricot Blush’

 

Strawberry vine is a unique and unusual species from China and Russia. In spring this female selection, ‘Apricot Blush’, has small, lightly fragrant, orange flowers that develop into bright crimson berries with a lemony flavour and aroma perfect for tasty juice and preserves. ‘Apricot Blush’ requires a pollinator such as ‘Valentine’ and can produce 5-10 pounds of fruit per vine.
