Sanguisorba minor ‘Little Angel’

Sanguisorba 'Little Angel' has cream and green foliage and masses of reddish flower heads.

Sanguisorba minor ‘Little Angel’ is a cute, dwarf burnet with masses of compact reddish flower heads from pink buds that sway in the air atop blue-green foliage with white edges. A form of the British native salad burnet, the edible leaves, best when young, lend a slightly nutty or cucumber flavour to salads, their serrated edges another layer of texture and interest.
