Salvia officinalis ‘Silver Sabre’

Salvia officinalis 'Silver Sabre' has fragrant and edible tri-colour foliage on a mounded and attractive culinary herb.

A brilliantly variegated edible sage! Salvia officinalis ‘Silver Saber’ has a cleaner variegation and a better habit than the old variegated type ‘Tricolor’. Luscious pink tones in cooler weather. These low mounds are at home in containers, the vegetable garden or in mixed borders. Easy to grow with good drainage. A culinary coup! Compared to ‘Tricolor’, ‘Silver Sabre’ has leaves with broader, more even white margins. It also has better branching and a lower flatter habit.
