Ruellia 'Ragin' Cajun' or hardy petunia has masses of unique scarlet-red flowers from June until frost.

This unusual plant has attractive, dark green foliage and bright, red trumpet flowers that flare outwards into four wings. The flowers are held on thin flower stems. Ruellia ‘Ragin’ Cajun’ is a hardier cultivar of this species that will bloom from June until frost. It is versatile for use in flower beds or containers in average to moist soils in full sun. Tolerant of heat and humidity.
