Rubus fruticosus ‘Navaho’ is a thornless blackberry with an upright habit that won’t sprawl perfect for small spaces or easy picking in any garden. Plants are extremely productive with large, one inch long, delicious blackberries. Excellent for fresh eating, jams, jellies and pies. The canes are strong and free-standing to 4-6 feet tall and can support several pounds of fruit without trellising. Provide organically rich soil that is well drained with even moisture and a protective mulch in zone 5. Attracts bees and birds.
