Rosa x odorata ‘Bengal Crimson’
Rosa x odorata 'Bengal Crimson' offers a continuous bloom of single, cherry red flowers from late spring to late fall.

Rosa x odorata ‘Bengal Crimson’ (syn. ‘Bengal Beauty’) offers a beautiful yet more delicate rose display with a continuous bloom of single, cherry red flowers from late spring to late fall. The whimsical petals can be ruffled and a little reflexed and are set off by creamy white stamens. The fragrance is light and delicate though, admittedly, sometimes hard to discern. The airy, twiggy stems are thornless to nearly thornless. A great rose for a container as well as the garden. If you love Rosa chinensis ‘Mutabilis’, as I do, you will love ‘Bengal Crimson’.
