Rosa Veranda ‘Fiesta’ is a compact Kordes shrub rose bearing a profusion of ever-changing flowers that emerge bright yellow then develop tones of orange, red, and pink as the yellow fades to cream. Light fragrance. Can reach 3-4 feet tall.
