Rosa ‘Sweet Madame Blue’ is a stunner with magenta hearts surrounded by lavender petals that are resistant to fading. The ruffled petals that number up to 70 per flower are held in cups reminiscent of English style roses. It also has a lovely moderate sweet and spicy fragrance with notes of citrus and old rose. As with all lavender roses, the largest flowers and best lavender tones will be during cooler weather. Repeat-blooming from spring until fall. Very strong disease resistance.
