Rosa ‘Bill Reid’ offers continuous-blooming, semi-double flowers that emerge vibrant yellow with a touch of apricot and age to lemon yellow on compact plants three feet tall and wide. Light fragrance. The Canadian Artist series was developed in Morden, Manitoba by a consortium or rose breeders focussed on developing super hardy roses that can thrive in zone 3 that also have beautiful reblooming flowers and excellent disease resistance. Each cultivar is named after a famous Canadian artist.
