Rhododendron ‘Bubblegum’

Rhododendron 'Bubblegum' has larger flowers than it’s predecessor and makes a terrific show.

Rhododendron ‘Bubblegum’ is a a polyploid version of the tried and true standard ‘Weston’s Aglo’. ‘Bubblegum’ has larger flowers than it’s predecessor and makes a terrific show against the more substantial foliage. As hardy and more showy. Showy reddish stems and a dense backdrop of small deep green leaves that turn bronze over the winter months. A low, compact evergreen that is a perfect foreground for larger flowering shrubs. Works well for containers.
