Rhododendron ‘Bloombux’
Rhododendron 'Bloombux' is a dwarf evergreen shrub with soft pink flowers and glossy green leaves.

Rhododendron ‘Bloombux’ is a relatively new hybrid cross between R. hirsutum and micranthum that tolerates a wider soil pH than most. A compact, dwarf, evergreen shrub that is 20 to 36 inches tall and wide. Foliage is dense, glossy green and ovate providing beautiful contrast to its clusters of miniature, soft pink flowers in June. Responds well to pruning after flowering. Slow growing. A good alternative to boxwood hedging. Use as a border for beds, understorey plantings and in containers. Pollinator attractor.
