Primula japonica ‘Miller’s Crimson’

Primula japonica 'Miller's Crimson' has deep almost true red flowers produced in tall multi-tiered inflorescences.

Candelabra primroses tend to be mid to late spring bloomers with flowering stems that elongate holding the flowers in tiers at regular intervals. These species are also quite long-lived and robust. Primula japonica is an excellent plant for shade or for moist soils in sunnier locations. ‘Miller’s Crimson’ has deep almost true red flowers. Plant in colonies for a great show.
