Phlox subulata ‘Eye Caramba’ is a creeping phlox that blooms in late spring with mounds of medium pink flowers highlighted with red eyes over green needle-like foliage. Low-growing to 4-6 inches high and 18-20 inches wide. Shear back in early summer after blooms have finished to produce denser foliage and encourage reblooming. Ideal as a ground cover, in rocky areas, on slopes and in flower borders. Very cold hardy. Pollinator attractor.
